Columnist Dan Savage announced the results of his contest to define the term "saddlebacking," (named after Rick Warren's fundie church in Orange Country CA) much as he did with "santorum" a few years ago. Anyway, here's the definition:
Saddlebacking: sad•dle•back•ing \'sa-dəl-'ba-kiŋ\ vb [fr. Saddleback Church] (2009): the phenomenon of Christian teens engaging in unprotected anal sex in order to preserve their virginitiesAfter attending the Purity Ball, Heather and Bill saddlebacked all night because she's saving herself for marriage.
