SCOTUS: Bush's military tribunals and torture are unconstitutional
John at AmericaBlog has some updated details on the latest Supreme Court's Hamdan v. Rumsfeld decision: the most reactionary court in our lifetimes has upheld the principles of the Geneva Conventions (specifically Common Article III) against the Bush administration’s demand to try detainees before military tribunals.
