Get free medical advice from Congress

In the wake of the Schiavo debacle's political grandstanding, here is an online form that emails the following message to Bill Frist (R-TN), and Representative Dave Weldon (R-FL):

Last month, you were able to diagnose Terri Schiavo’s illness by watching a short videotape. It is great to know that physicians in Congress are willing to provide their services free to Americans who aren’t even their constituents, especially at a time when nearly 50 million of us are uninsured. I was hoping you might be able to diagnose a few of my medical problems.

{PLEASE DESCRIBE YOUR SYMPTOMS HERE.}

Thank you for your time and for your dedication to quality healthcare for all Americans.

Sarcasm doesn’t get much better than that.
